Guests & Disability Access

Accessibility

Any student disability-related accommodation requests should be made two weeks in advance by contacting Dr. Edward Roth, Director of Disability Support Services at (714) 992-7099.

Students with mobility challenges (e.g. wheelchairs, crutches, etc.) can still access the stage area using the ramps on either side.

Visitors and guests who require disability access will be directed to the dedicated spaces in front of the bleachers during the day of Commencement. Accessible parking spaces can be found on the north side (Student Parking 5) of Sherbeck Field (see map here).

Guests

Graduates are permitted to invite a reasonable number of guests to the ceremony. Please be advised that seating at Sherbeck Field is on a first come, first serve basis.

Please allow enough time to find parking and find seats. The Commencement Ceremony will begin promptly at 9:00 am on May 25, 2019. If you arrive during the processional march, you will not be allowed to find seats until the graduates are seated on or before 9:30 am.

Please visit this page for additional information for graduates, decorum, and belongings that may or may not be allowed on Sherbeck Field.
