GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS

Unit Requirements:
The Associate in Arts or Associate in Science degree will be granted upon the completion of 60 degree applicable units of work and fulfillment of the following specific requirements: Scholarship, Residence, Major, General Education, Physical Education, Multicultural Education, and Reading. For more information on these requirements, click here. Students not sure whether or not they have fulfilled their graudations requirements should set up an appointment with a counselor (click here).

Application:
Applications for graduation are available in the Admissions & Records office or online (click to download the .pdf application). Students must apply for graduation by the deadline dates to obtain an Associate Degree. Please refer to the class schedule and Admissions and Records for the Fall, Spring and Summer Graduation Application deadlines.

Transcripts:
If a student has taken courses at other colleges, official transcripts from all colleges must be on file in Admissions & Records prior to being evaluated for graduation. No exceptions will be made.
