PROCESSIONAL INFORMATION

Commencement participants are asked to meet in front of the Campus Theatre (map), dressed in cap and gown, between 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm on the day of the event. Faculty marshals will assemble the processional lines and hand out Commencement programs. The processional march itself will begin promptly at 5:50 pm.

At the ceremony, each participant will receive a card with his/her name on it, to present to the faculty marshal, who will then announce the name as the student walks across the platform. The name the marshal will read is the name that will appear on your diploma (see the Graduation Application for more information).

Note: Interpreters are provided by the college for deaf participants. The graduation platform where students accept their diplomas is wheelchair accessible.
